We practice and play during the week.  If you are interested in watching a practice, call 858-481-9217 for more information.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Where are you located?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We are located on the corner of Via de la Valle and El Camino Real.  If you are coming from the I-5, exit Via de la Valle and go east for 2 miles.  Turn right on El Camino Real SOUTH (Mary’s Tack & Feed is on the corner).  Take your first left into the San Diego Polo Club and follow instructions for parking.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Where do I park?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We have on-site parking.  Please follow instructions at the event.  Parking is $10 per car.  We have a golf cart shuttle to transport those who have trouble walking.  Handicap parking is available. VIP Parking is available on select Sundays for $20.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Are kids allowed?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Of course!  We have a designated Kids Area with a jump toy.  Kids under 12 are free in the General Admission area. During our larger events, such as Opening and Closing Day, things become quite busy in the VIP tent. We do not recommend sitting in the VIP tent with young children at these events. If you wish to sit in VIP, you MUST make reservations ahead of time, as we do sell out frequently. General Admission and tailgating can be purchased at the door.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”I bought my ticket online. Do I need to bring it?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Yes. Please print out your ticket or have it ready on your smart phone for our staff to scan. What do I do?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Please bring your one ticket for the table of 10. What do I do?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]When you purchased your ticket online, you had an option to list other members in your party. We will do our best to seat you all together. You will receive a wristband at check-in that allows you to flow freely throughout the venue. General admission, tailgating and garden seating is first come, first served unless otherwise specified.  Food and beverage is sold separately.

If you purchased a VIP seat, the ticket includes a reserved seat in the grandstand, complimentary mimosas until 2:30pm and a donation to charity.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”I didn’t use my ticket. Can I get a refund?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If you would like to change the name on the ticket, please call 858-481-9217 or email us .[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Do I need to bring my own chair?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We provide shaded and sunny seating areas on the west side of the field (General Admission, VIP, Pavilion, Garden Seating, Member Areas). However, if you are sitting on the east (tailgating) side of the field, you should bring your own chairs and/or shade.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Can I bring food or drinks?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We do NOT allow outside food or beverages on the west side of the field (General Admission, VIP, Pavilion, Garden Seating, Member Areas). We have food and beverage options available for you. If you would like to pre-order a meal or plates to share, please contact us.

Additionally, if you are celebrating a birthday or special occasion and would like to bring in a cake, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Our caterers can also provide sweets for your group.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Do I need to reserve a tailgating spot?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We offer a Tailgating Package which includes admission for four guests, parking and a reserved tailgating spot for one car. We suggest purchasing the Tailgating Package in advance to guarantee a spot. If you have additional guests, they can purchase the Individual Tailgate Pass online or at the door. Otherwise, you can show up and purchase a tailgating spot on the day of the event.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”What if I’m tailgating? Can I bring in food?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Yes. If you are tailgating, we encourage you to bring your own picnic and beverages. If you do not want to pack a picnic, our caterers can create a delicious basket for you!

On Opening Day 2015, we will have the Wounded Warrior Homes Food Truck & Craft Brew Festival on the tailgating side. We will have various food options, craft breweries and a full bar. No need to pack a picnic on May 31![/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Can I bring my dog?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We allow dogs on the tailgating side of the field ONLY. Your dog MUST REMAIN ON THE TAILGATING SIDE & ON A LEASH during the entire event.  Dogs are not allowed on the field during the divot stomp or on the west side of the field.

If your dog is aggressive, loud or scared of horses, it may be best to leave him at home. Only clearly identified service dogs are allowed on the west side.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”What do I wear?” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]We suggest simple and elegant garden party attire.  If you are sitting in the VIP section, you are not required to wear a jacket, but it is encouraged.  Flat or wedge shoes are best for walking on grass.  Everyone loves a searsucker suit or white sundress with a hat.
